During this event, you’ll learn key strategies for understanding the intricate connection between our minds, bodies, and emotions in maintaining a balanced and purposeful life while aging gracefully. We explore and discuss the psychosocial aspects of aging and the idea that staving off the aging process can improve one’s psychological well-being which may also positively impact physiological aging.
